What changed
Your bot can now draw pictures. The Card Studio is a design canvas for image cards: welcome cards, rank cards, leaderboards, profiles, server stats and more. Each card is made of layers you can drag, resize, line up and fill with variables, so every member gets their own.
Make a card
- Add a Make an Image Card block to a command or event, or switch on a card in the Welcomer.
- Press Open Card Studio and pick a template, or start from a background and add layers.
- Click any layer to change it. Type
{in a text box to add a variable, like{user_name}. - Press Send me a test to get the real card in a DM.
- Press Done. Your changes are kept, and Undo changes puts the card back how it was.
Send it in a message
The block gives the card back as {card}. In a Send or Edit a Message block after it, put {card} in an embed's Image field or on a line of its own, and the bot attaches the picture. A message that does not use {card} is sent without it.
Your own pictures
With Premium, Upload a picture sets a PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF of up to 4 MB as a background or an image layer. Your pictures lists everything you uploaded, so you can use a picture again or delete it. Premium keeps up to 25 pictures (50 MB), and Priority Hosting up to 100 (250 MB). A picture from a link works on every plan.
Good to know
- Cards are free inside the Welcomer. In your own commands and events, Make an Image Card needs Premium.
- A card has up to 40 layers, and saved cards keep looking the same when we add new options.
- The Card Studio works on phones too.
