BotGhost Server Provider Agreement

This Server Provider Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User", "you", or "your") and BotGhost ("we", "us", or "our"), and governs your use of BotGhost's bot creation, hosting, and automation services ("Services") on https://botghost.com.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Compliance with Discord Developer Terms

You acknowledge and agree that your use of BotGhost is subject to and must strictly comply with the Discord Developer Terms of Service ("Discord Dev Terms").

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all bots, applications, and interactions created or hosted using BotGhost:

  • Do not violate any section of the Discord Dev Terms,
  • Do not engage in spam, malicious activity, or abusive behavior,
  • Do not collect, store, or transmit user data in ways that breach Discord policies or user privacy.

Any breach of the Discord Dev Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to BotGhost's Services, and may also result in reporting to Discord.

2. Compliance with BotGhost Terms of Service

You further agree to abide by our Terms of Service, which govern acceptable use of our platform, payment terms, intellectual property rights, and limitations of liability.

Failure to comply with our Terms may result in the removal of your bot, revocation of access to your account, or further legal action if warranted.

3. Strict Adherence to Discord Terms

BotGhost strictly adheres to the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Developer Terms of Service. Any use of BotGhost's Services to violate, exploit, or circumvent Discord's terms or policies is strictly prohibited.

Users found to be abusing our services or using them to engage in any activity that violates Discord's Developer Terms will have their accounts and bots permanently deleted without prior warning and will be reported directly to Discord.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating spam or self-botting applications
  • Engaging in unauthorized data collection or scraping
  • Circumventing platform restrictions or impersonating other users/services

4. Service Provider Status Under Discord Terms

By using BotGhost, you agree and acknowledge that BotGhost operates solely on your behalf as a Service Provider, as defined by Discord.

  • BotGhost will only access and use Discord's APIs and API Data at your direction and solely to provide you with services related to the development and operation of your bot or application.
  • BotGhost will never use your API Data for any purpose other than to serve you, and will not use it for its own benefit.
  • You agree that you are fully responsible for BotGhost's access to Discord APIs on your behalf, and you accept liability for any misuse or violations as if they were your own.
  • If you stop using BotGhost, you agree that BotGhost will immediately cease accessing the Discord APIs on your behalf and will delete all associated API Data in its possession or control.

This section is intended to fully ratify and incorporate the Service Provider obligations set forth in the Discord Developer Terms of Service.

5. Your Responsibility

You understand that BotGhost is a hosting and automation tool, and you are fully responsible for how you use it. You must ensure that:

  • You have the rights or permissions to operate any bots you create,
  • Your usage does not violate any applicable law or regulation,
  • Your bots respect the rights, privacy, and safety of other Discord users.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violations of this Agreement, the BotGhost Terms of Service, or the Discord Developer Terms.

By continuing to use BotGhost, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Server Provider Agreement, the BotGhost Terms of Service, and the Discord Developer Terms of Service.
