Discord tools for bot makers
Making the bot itself
How to make a Discord bot takes you from the Discord Developer Portal to your bot sitting in your server. You can build it without code in the Discord bot maker.
Use what you make in a Discord bot
A bot can post most of what these tools make by itself, when a command or event runs.
- An embed
- Copy its JSON and press Paste JSON in the Send or Edit a Message block. The Discord bot command builder can send it when someone uses a command.
- A timestamp
- Paste the <t:...> code into any message the bot sends. It shows in each reader's time zone there too.
- A permissions number
- Put it in the bot's invite link. Whoever adds the bot then grants those permissions.
- A welcome card
- Switch on the Welcomer module and pick the same template. The Discord welcome bot then draws a card with each new member's own name and avatar.
Questions about the tools
Yes, all seven, with no account and no limit on how often you use them. They're made by BotGhost, the no-code Discord bot maker.
No. Each tool works on its own page in your browser. You only need a webhook URL if you want the embed builder to post for you.
Most of it. A BotGhost bot can post embeds, timestamps, and welcome cards by itself when something happens, like a member joining or typing a command. The free plan gives you 3 commands, 3 events, and 5 servers.
It's the permissions you ticked, added up into one number. Discord reads it from the invite link and asks the person adding the bot to grant those permissions.
Make a bot that does this for you
Build commands from blocks or switch on modules like Welcomer and Tickets. BotGhost hosts the bot, and the free plan needs no card.
