Let your server members contact the proper staff team when needed. Send a plain or embed ticket panel with buttons or select menu options. Members can create either a support or report ticket to contact the correct staff team when needed. Your staff member can claim a ticket by clicking the "claim" button and this will let the ticket creator knows their ticket will be handled by that staff member. You can close a ticket by either clicking the "đź”’Close" button or by using the /close command. If the ticket creator leaves the server, then the ticket gets auto closed and deleted. When a ticket is closed a transcript is created and sent to the ticket creator and your transcript channel. No setup is needed inside the command tree. Just install this pack and then use the command in your server.
