PRefix ticket system This is a full prefix system where it has amazing embeds and has a lot of amazing system these are the prefixs so you understand how this system will be working: .ticket-system Send out the ticket embed, Needs administrator permissions. .claim Claims a ticket, Will only claim in ticket channels and needs one of the support, Internal Affairs, Management roles, If you have already claimed you can do it again to unclaim. .add (user id) You can add people to the asigned ticket channel. .remove (user id) You can remove the person from the ticket. .switch (general/ia/mngt) Switch the ticket to a different category. .pts Request permissions to speak from the claiming staff member and they are allowed to approve or deny. .close This closes the ticket and sends transcript to ticket owner and to the transcript channel.,All tickets come with a private thread to discuss and talk about tickets.
