A settings panel for the Discord Auto Moderation system. This panel is to make creating, deleting, disabling, or editing a rule from Discord's Auto Moderation system easy-to-use from a bot. It keeps count of how many rules the bot has added in all the servers it is in. After it reaches a rule count of 100, it will DM to bot owner with an achievement card for the AutoMod Badge (must provide bot creator's user id as mentioned in the helper text for a unique variable block).
