Question 1

Can I change the welcome message?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The message, channel and roles are settings on the pack's page, and you can edit every block in the builder.

Question 2

What does a verification pack do?

Accepted Answer

New members press a button or answer a question before they can see the rest of the server, which stops most bot accounts.
